*Notice - Shipping charges have changed as 10/1/2021
In October, the USPS is implementing a sharp increase in the cost of sending packages. This amounts to over a 9% increase in the current cost to one of our most common shipping methods. Even though the Postal Service has been increasing their rates at least once a year, we haven't changed our shipping charges since January 2019. After adding adding the latest change, USPS charges will have risen almost 25% since our last shipping increase, not to mention the steady increase of other supplies included in our shipping costs. We never like charging more for shipping, but in order to keep our fabric prices low, we need to make an adjustment.
Shipping & Handling Charges Starting 10/1/2021
- Orders $13 and under - $6
- Orders $13.01 to $79.99 - $9
- Orders $80 and over - Free Shipping
Orders are usually cut, packed and shipped within 48 hours. This may be longer due to weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped every Monday through Saturday (except holidays) via USPS. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us right away as orders are cut and processed quickly. Once your order is picked up by USPS, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number.

Changing an order
We process orders FAST.
If you find you made an error in your order, contact us immediately at email@example.com. As your payment has been authorized for a specific amount, we can't add to your order. However you may be able to place an additional order and we will refund the appropriate shipping. Contact us before placing an additional order.
Out of Stock and Back Orders
Because we carry hard to find and out of print items, we usually cannot replace an item when it is out of stock. So if you like it, you better buy it!
We try to be as accurate as possible with our represented inventory, but sometimes the amounts may not be up to date. We may run across a defect that cannot be sold, and we are a little generous with our cuts so we don't get 15 yards out of a 15 yard bolt.
If we do find that your order cannot be completely filled, we will contact you and may give you the options of canceling the entire order, removing the out of stock item, or possibly accepting a lower quantity of an item.
Sorry we only ship to US addresses.
If you are outside of the US we have had customers use services that provide you with a US shipping address. They receive the package and then send it off to your home address. You would be responsible for paying them directly for the additional international shipping, taxes etc. This is just a suggestion, we haven't had any direct feedback from customers who have used a service like this. If you do use one of these services and place an order with us, you will need to use the shipping address they provide as your billing address. If for some reason a credit card wouldn’t work, you will need to pay with PayPal

In Store Pick up, holds and Delayed Shipping
"Can I place an order on line and pick it up in the store? Can I place an order and have you ship it later? Can you hold this fabric for me" Sorry, the answer to those questions is no. We have done it on occasion in the past, and like many things in life, it just takes a few bad apples to screw it up for the rest, so we had to make it a policy not to hold orders or fabric.

Packages missing or delayed
If your tracking seems to be "stuck" with no change for a number of days, chances are it is not lost. It's just delayed. Please be patient. You can contact your local Post Office for more information, but they are extending the time in which they consider a package lost in the mail. We use the information provided by USPS to consider a package delivered. If the tracking says delivered, and you have not received it, check with your local Post Office as they may have additional information, or may be able to offer assistance.
